We took a challenge and walked 26 km (and add to this 3 km with scooters (the first time and without the second) from home to Uni and then back from Main Rail-station to home. So, 30 km) through our wonderful Palatinate Forest (Pfälzer Wald). It was very interesting, tasty, beautiful and helpful walking...) To get an impression, look at the map:
Let's start!
This year we was lucky to find a company to walk together. It is surprisingly faster and easier walk and talk then just walk, and it is nice when you can use a moment to better know your friends!
So, when we come to the start we found there our company and free wine,) Last time we was afraid to drink alcohol before such a long walk, so we were braver this time and took a schorley - a German idea to mix wine with a mineral water. It is still tasty, has less alcohol and fresh simultaneously.
On the start we bought a sport-bag with some sneaks to support a project and our journey has started!
Shaya was not alone there, so are we
Our first point was a Humbergturm (Tower) it is located on the top of a hill, so very fast we get very close to tree's tips.

It was not possible to miss a path thanks to such a pictures here and there
It is surprisingly how much you can find in the forest that tastes great!

Now everybody have stopped and did not know what was blocking a road in the front.. And why the way got such terrible dirty..
Nice... animals! And they are afraid... As much as Schaya..
Guys that were with those cows told, they were not supposed to be there, but they were attracted by music and people, so escaped from their place already the second time that day!
It is difficult to forget about civilisation even in the middle of the wild...)
We ate and were almost at the finish, when we noticed a sign that promised a nice view...
